Since I arrived from Bicol, I didn’t have an internet connection. I reported right away at Globelines hotlines (919-8888) about the problem and they advised me about checking the connections, turning the modem on and off, etc. I did all that to no avail - I still didn’t have a connection. They even attempted to reset the connection. They told me that they will send on-site technicians to check on the system so I waited all day yesterday. After a lot of follow-up, my connection is back.
It took them three days to restore the system. Is that bad service or what? You decide
